Kaca21 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the kaca21 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

By accessing or using the kaca21 platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and kaca21 as the platform operator.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The kaca21 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with the local laws applicable in their region before using this service.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of kaca21 services, you are required to register a valid account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the accounts concerned being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by anyone else who gains access to your login credentials. kaca21 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own negligence.
Users are required to:
- Providing accurate personal information during registration.
- Keeping account information up to date whenever changes occur.
- Notify kaca21 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
- Not sharing login credentials with any third party.
3. Platform Usage Rules
All kaca21 users are required to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and ethically. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:
- Using any automated software, bots, or other mechanisms to access or operate the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the operations of the kaca21 platform or its servers.
- Using another person's account without their explicit consent.
- Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or falsified activity related to financial transactions.
- Making false claims or submitting misleading information to the kaca21 support team.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that goes against the stipulated terms.
Kaca21 reserves the right to take action against any breach of these terms, including but not limited to account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, or appropriate legal action at the platform's discretion.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the kaca21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). kaca21 does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies without a prior official conversion.
Deposits can be made via methods supported by the platform, including DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, and local debit cards. All financial information submitted during transactions is handled with secure encryption and is not stored in any format accessible to unauthorised parties.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:
- A user's account must be fully verified before any withdrawal request can be processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian local bank account registered under the same name as the kaca21 account.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to one business day.
- Kaca21 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for compliance purposes before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Any attempt to process payments using a third-party account or unauthorised financial information will result in the transaction being suspended and may lead to the account being placed on hold for further review.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limit
Kaca21 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service disruptions, system errors, or transaction delays beyond the platform's reasonable control. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
Kaca21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, platform abuse, or any unlawful activity. Any valid credit balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the kaca21 platform are the exclusive property of kaca21 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from kaca21.
Third-Party Links
The kaca21 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. kaca21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before engaging with them.
6. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
Kaca21 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain informed of the latest applicable version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the kaca21 platform or the interpretation of these terms shall be resolved through agreed dispute resolution channels or through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
